Fanny Hösel joined the Fraunhofer Center in Leipzig as a research fellow in the Professional Development and Competence Management unit in April 2018. Previously, she worked as a research fellow at the Institute of Education at the Chemnitz University of Technology. Already during her pedagogy studies, which she completed in 2012, Ms. Hösel specialized in adult pedagogical and continuing education-related fields of activity and research. She is currently undertaking her doctorate on the subject of decision-making behavior and the educational potential of adults in modern societies.
