Inga Döbel (M.A.) completed her studies in linguistics at the University of Leipzig and in business administration at the FernUniversität Hagen. She has worked as a research fellow at the Fraunhofer Center for International Management and Knowledge Economy IMW since 2014, and in 2017 became deputy head of the institute’s Professionalizing Transfer Processes Unit. Ms. Döbel’s research interests include participatory processes in knowledge and technology transfer as well as the socioeconomic aspects of technological and social innovations. Participating in both national and EU-level projects, Ms. Döbel studies future-oriented research methods (AGENT-3D), examines market developments and economic application potentials for new technologies (Future Market AI - Potentials and Applications, Machine Learning - Competencies, Applications and Research Needs), and looks at ways of transferring knowledge within trans-disciplinary co-operations (ALTERFOR).
