Peter Haberland has been working in the Organizational Development and Quality Management Unit of Fraunhofer IMW since 2018. He supports the unit in the fields of executive development, the implementation of matrix management structures and in the context of strategic organizational development by taking into account current foundational research. He works on questions concerning corporate and management culture. Mr. Haberland holds a master's degree in psychology and a master's degree in educational sciences, with an emphasis on English and Sport Sciences. In addition to his work at Fraunhofer IMW, he works as a freelancer in the field of psychological risk assessment and trains service providers for projects in tandem with the ESF program "Step by Step – Employment and Social Integration for particularly disadvantaged people."
