Dr. Morgane Benade is, since November 2019, a research associate at the chair of »Innovation Management and Innovation Economy« at the University of Leipzig and an associated postdoctoral researcher at Fraunhofer IMW. At the chair, she mainly dedicates her time to teaching within the domain of innovation management and to doing research in open innovation and smart products. Her research interests include user innovation, user toolkits for innovation and co-design so as design methods for innovation.
Dr. Morgane Benade studied engineering at Cranfield University (UK) and ISITV (France). Later on, she pursued further her study in business administration at ESCP Europe Business School in Paris and Berlin. Besides that, she was a research associate at the chair of »Technology and Innovation Management« at RWTH Aachen and the chair of »Design Theory and Methods for Innovation« at Mines ParisTech. Dr. Morgane Benade obtained her doctorate at both of these universities within a binational agreement program between France and Germany.
