Since January 2020 Sebastian Poppitz has been working as a research fellow in the Professional Development and Competence Management unit, which he has been supporting as a research assistant since May 2019. He studied Psychology at Leipzig University and the University of Havana as well as International Area Studies at the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg. During his master's studies, Sebastian Poppitz focused on approaches of the school of cultural history, effects of digitalization on educational organizations, and sustainable development. During his studies he already gained project experience at the German Association for International Cooperation in Germany and Mexico with a special focus on vocational training.
