Tom Herzberg began working as a research fellow in the Professional Development and Competence Management Unit at Fraunhofer IMW in April 2020. He also works at the Chair of Innovation Management and Economics at the Faculty of Economics at Leipzig University. The graduate economist and sociologist completed his master's degree in International Area Studies at the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg. His main focus was on interdisciplinary work in the socio-economic field, focusing on modern flexibilization measures, a sustainable staff policy and macro-social trends in climate protection. In his work as a project and staff manager he already gained professional experience.
