Hareem Arshad has completed her Master in Business Administration at the Air University in Pakistan in 2013. She gained work experience as a visiting faculty member at the Air University and also at the telecommunications company Mobilink Pakistan. In 2016, she joined the price and service management team at the Fraunhofer Center for International Management and Knowledge Economy in Leipzig. She is also affiliated with the chair for service management at the University of Leipzig and holds a DAAD scholarship.
