InsightEU is a practical market entry acceleration program designed for companies aiming to expedite their international market entry and cooperation with European partners, particularly in Germany. This up to 12-week science-based support program, run by Fraunhofer IMW, equips foreign technology companies with the necessary knowledge, capabilities, and contacts to prepare and implement effective internationalization strategies, verified by industry experts.

1. Strategic Workshop

At the beginning of the program, companies will participate in a strategic workshop (online or offline, up to 3 hours). The workshop covers key topics such as:

2. Strategic Research

This component involves a core analysis tailored to the company's international commercialization strategy. The research can focus on specific issues, including:

4. Knowledge Transfer Seminars

Fraunhofer IMW will organize up to three knowledge transfer seminars with selected institutions, such as business development agencies, technology institutes of the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, business partners, and investors. These seminars will include:

• Presentation and discussion of participants' current technological offerings with the selected host institutions
• Exploration of cooperation possibilities between the companies and host institutions
