Experience

Malgorzata Thonagel (formerly Krowicka) joined Fraunhofer IMW in Leipzig in May 2019 as a research fellow in the Crowd Innovation Unit(from January 1, 2025, part of Fraunhofer ISI). Previously, she studied linguistics and economics at Leipzig University and at the Universidad Sevilla (Spain). She gained her first practical experience while working as a research assistant at Leipzig University and as a research assistant and project member at Fraunhofer IMW. She was also able to deepen and expand her competencies in the area of financing during her work as Investor Relations Manager at Carl Zeiss Meditec.
