Parent-child office at the institute

The institute offers a “parent-child office” (MiKi office, from the German “Mit-Kind”, for short), thereby making it even easier to reconcile childcare with working time. The MiKi office consists of a fully equipped PC workstation, including a telephone and printer. In addition, the room is modern, has been lovingly furnished and contains everything to make a child’s heart beat faster. Fraunhofer IMW is striving to provide even more support to working parents and is seeking to meet the needs of the employees in their respective personal situations by reaching agreements on a case-by-case basis.
