Experience
Since April 2016, Dr. Nastja Glöckner works as deputy head of the Organizational Development and Quality Management Unit at the Leipzig Fraunhofer Center. Ms. Glöckner studied psychology at the University of Leipzig and is currently conducting post doctoral research on the topic “investigation of selected emotional states under the influence of music on the basis of psycho physiological parameters“. In addition to various teaching activities in the subjects of communication and conversation, complaint management, group processes and learning psychology, she has worked as an interpreter for companies in Italy and Germany working with russian and chinese partners. Ms. Glöckner speaks German, English, Italian and Russian.
