Project description and objective

  • Establishment of the research focus "Structural Transformation" at the Fraunhofer IMW branch office in Halle (Saale), Center for Economics and Management of Technologies CEM.
  • Development and application of an economic ex-ante toolkit to accompany the structural transformation in Central Germany
  • Development of a structural transformation concept for Saxony-Anhalt with a focus on the lead markets chemistry and bioeconomy as well as energy, mechanical and plant engineering, resource efficiency
