Experience

PD Dr. Thomas Kirschstein has been working as a research fellow at the “Center for Economics and Management of Technologies CEM“, the branch office of the Fraunhofer Center for International Management and Knowledge Economy IMW in Halle (Saale) since October 2020. Prior to this, he worked at the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg at the chairs of Production and Logistics and Statistics as well as the chair of Operations Management at the Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg. He received his doctorate in 2014 in a cooperative project with Dow Chemical on the topic “Integrated Supply Chain Planning in Chemical Industry“.
