Educational Center Central Germany: ZUKUNFT.BILDEN.
Background
Located in the heart of Germany, the Educational Center Central Germany is being created as a significant contribution to strengthening and securing skilled workers for the current and future industrial location of Bitterfeld-Wolfen. The sponsor, Bildungszentrum Wolfen-Bitterfeld e.V., will combine its three locations. Over the next few years, a new building will be constructed that can meet all the requirements for training skilled workers at the highest and most advanced level. It will serve as a beacon and location advantage for the people and industry of the Anhalt-Bitterfeld region.
Our services and tasks
Fraunhofer IMW provides scientific concept support for the new construction of the training and further education center in Bitterfeld-Wolfen.
Together with project partner .GUT, a training and further education program is to be developed. For this purpose, needs will be identified, a pedagogical concept as well as a room and equipment concept will be developed.
The goal is to create a scientifically validated guideline for the implementation of the construction project. In addition to literature and market research, qualitative interviews will be conducted.
