Experience
Jan-Peter Bergmann has been a research fellow in the Innovation Policy and Transfer Design unit at the Fraunhofer IMW since November 2020. Previously, he was employed as an AI trainer at the Fraunhofer Institute for Machine Tools and Forming Technology IWU in Chemnitz. There, he completed his master's degree in computer science with a master thesis under the title “Temporale Clusteranalyse zur Reduktion von Meldungsfluten in Produktionssystemen“ in the beginning of 2020. During his master's program, he worked as a research assistant on several data analysis projects. Jan-Peter Bergmann completed his bachelor's degree in political science at the Chair of Political Theory in Chemnitz.
His focus is on data analysis and the development of tools for the investigation and presentation of complex data sets.
