Ann-Kathrin Dieterle has been a Research Fellow in the Innovation Policy and Transfer Design Unit at Fraunhofer IMW (from January 1, 2025, part of Fraunhofer ISI) since March 2024. Previously, she worked as a research assistant at the Leipzig University of Applied Sciences (HTWK Leipzig) in a research project on digital transformation in the Saxon economy and the university's own start-up consultancy "Startbahn 13".
Since 2020, she has been pursuing a doctorate at BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg and HTWK Leipzig with a focus on building organizational resilience in established companies, including innovation strategies. She studied economics and cultural and media education in Saxony-Anhalt, Saxony and Ireland.
