Experience
Elsa Rumpf has been working as a research fellow in the Innovation Policy and Transfer Design Unit at Fraunhofer IMW since May 2021. Previously, she worked as a research fellow in a research project investigating sanctioning practices in the German Hartz IV system under the direction of the Wuppertal Institute for Business Research and Organizational Psychology. Elsa Rumpf received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Medical School Hamburg and her Master's degree from the University of Wuppertal. During her master's studies, she worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Work, Organizational and Business Psychology at the University of Wuppertal.
