Experience
Marlen Weiße has been working as a research fellow in the unit Innovation Policy and Transfer Design at Fraunhofer Center for International Management and Knowledge Economy IMW in Leipzig since October 2019. Prior to this, Marlen Weiße worked as a consultant for business and science at the German Embassy in Ottawa, where she promoted and supervised cooperation and exchange between Canada and Germany in the fields of business, politics and science. The focus of her master's degree at the University of Potsdam was innovation management and business informatics. Marlen Weiße gained extensive experience in these areas at the SAP Innovation Center in Potsdam, where she also wrote her master's thesis "Balancing the Dual Requirements of Ambidexterity by Engaging in the Innovation Ecosystem. An Explorative Study on Separate Innovation Units and Knowledge Integration Processes".
