Professional Development

Iliyana Madina has been working as a research fellow at the Fraunhofer Center for International Management and Knowledge Economy IMW in the “ Innovation Financing Unit“ since October 2018. Previously, she had already as a research assistant at Fraunhofer IMW, supporting various units in projects with a focus on environmental and future technologies. While studying business administration in Leipzig (M.Sc.) and Sofia (B.Sc.), Iliyana Madina gained extensive international experience by participating in various language and academic exchange programs in Greece, the United Kingdom and the United States. In the field of finance, she relies on her practical knowledge in the development of marketing strategies for financial instruments, the pricing of various service products and as a treasurer for an association. In the Innovation Financing Unit, Ms. Madina is currently focusing on green finance and knowledge and technology transfer issues.
