Experience
Ina Baier has been working as a research fellow in the Futures and Innovation unit at the Fraunhofer Center for International Management and Knowledge Economy IMW since June 2023.
She studied linguistics with a focus on German studies and cognitive linguistics at Humboldt Universität in Berlin. Before joining Fraunhofer IMW, she worked for a company designing the linguistic interface between humans and AI.
In addition to her work at Fraunhofer IMW, Ina Baier is continuing her education as part of a master's degree in futurology. In this context, she is working on participatory methods as well as the elaboration and design of images of the future, among other things. She also conducts research on the linguistic deconstruction of possible futures and the use of generative AI in futurology.
